• Complaints: Complaints are handled within 3 working days. We will contact the deliverer for an explanation and our staff then phone, fax or contact in person, the clients within 24 hours* and advise of outcome.
• Guaranteed Distribution: Distribution is generally carried out during the week, as it is the primary occupation of our riders/walkers. We guarantee that each rider/walker will deliver to all deliverable letterboxes in the area specified in our maps. If a letterbox is already overflowing with mail, or obscured behind cars then in some instances this letterbox may be undeliverable.
• Area Updates: Our walkers and riders inform us of any new developments in their areas to ensure our distribution figures are current.
